Moving from Year 6 to Year 7?
The Moving Up Transition Pack is designed to support our Year 6 pupils with their move from Walworth to a new setting.
There are a number of different settings our children attend when moving onto Year 7. Below are the main schools children move onto. Please click onto the school to go to their website.
